How to get access to the Fillin Beta App?

To get an invite to the Beta testing you'll need to register your details on the homepage.
If you're a business and you desperately need a Fillin to work please send us an email at info@fill-in.com.au

 

What happens next?

  1. You'll get an email from TestFlight saying "Fillin has invited you to test "Fillin Jobs".

  2. Have a quick read through the details of the features if the app and what we'd like you to test out.

  3. Click on the button "View in TestFlight"

  4. In point "No. 3" is your invitation code, copy the code then click on point No. 1 "Get TestFlight from the app store"

  5. Download TestFlight

  6. Depending on which iOS phone you have you will have to either click on "Redeem" in the top right OR just click on "Install"

After this, the Fillin App will start downloading to your phone.

 

What does it cost to use the Fillin App?

Employer – To post a job and review applicants with Fillin is free.

Once you select a Fillin, you will be charged a percentage based on the hours required.

 

Employee – The Fillin App is completely free to use for staff looking for work.

 

What Happens if my Fillin cancels their shift or doesn’t show up?

If a Fillin does not show up to their shift without notifying the business owner (within 2 hours of the shift), the Fillin’s account will be suspended and they will no longer have the ability to apply for jobs with the Fillin app.

 

As a business, you will receive credit for your payment, to use when looking for another Fillin.

 

If I cancel the shift advertised will I get a refund/credit?

If you cancel your shift after a Fillin has been selected, you will receive credit for your payment to use the next time you need another Fillin, but, if the shift has been canceled within 2 hours of the shift starting you will forfeit the payment made.


How do I pay my Fillin?

You can pay your Fillin however you please once their shift has completed.

 

Can I offer to pay the Fillin whatever I please?

We do not control what you decide to pay your Fillin, although we expect the businesses using the Fillin App, to adhere to the fair trading and minimum wages set out for Australia.

How can I contact my Fillin or Employer?

You will be able to communicate with each other once the placement has been booked through our in-app messaging system.
 

Do I need an ABN?
